Return- Refund- Cancel Policy
         
We always try our  maximum efforts to make you satisfy with our service, and we do efforts to maintain a strong long term relation with all our customers.
Our team try to extra care to make sure proper order delivering without any mistake but still we cant do it 100% so in case of any discripancy we allow you to raise a refund or return request with some term and conditions.
Once you receive your delivery package  we strongly suggest you to open it and check to make sure the items is according to your order and requirement. We also recomend to make a unboxing video to avoide dispute in case of Return and refund, if our team is not satisfied with your return and refund request in that case we will demand  unboxing video. So please make sure to make a unboxing video for future referance. 
         
To avoide return/refund issue we will request in case where you receive packet from our delivery executive or when you got it  from our pickup point please check before paying to us that all products available in packet is unexpird, package condition(undamaged or not), quantity is same and products are same as you ordered.
We will not accept any return/refund request if you accepted that your order is verified by you at time of delivery or pick-up
         
Further if there is any issue you want to raise a return request than  please create  return/refund request according to specified in the Table below

We can accept your refund/return request maximum within the time period specified in the Table below. We will not entertaine any request after time prescribed in table.
         
A product can be replaced for another product or returned for a refund subject to the conditions mentioned in the below table.

Once the product has been received and accepted after verification, we will process the refund and update you once done. If you did not get your refund after valid return/refund request within notified time, than you can contact to our grivance department.
         
Please allow up to 5 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to our address given to you at time of return request accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
         
Cancel of order 
100 % Refund will be issued in case of cancelation of order before confirmed by us.
1% online transaction charge will be charged extra to you if you pay online and cancel your order at any stape.
Shipping, tax charges will we deducted from refund if you cancel your confirmed order.
We will also charge a penalty in case of unaccepting your confirmed order or you denay to accept delivery.
         
Note: 
We have all rights reserved to accept or reject a refund/return request at any time. 
We have right to decide how to give refund, we can give it in form of cash/wallet money or product.
In case of any dispute Unboxing video will be the basis of acceptance or rejection of return/refund request.
If customer claim return/refund and did not provide unboxing video of delivered packet than it will be taken as attempt to make defamation to our website.
